Each OWUSS Rolex Scholar is given a Rolex Watch

Each year, a Rolex scholar is selected from North America, Europe and Australasia and they get to work with leaders in marine-related fields. The scholars spend a year travelling around the globe, gaining invaluable hands-on experiences in various aspects of diving. These can include scientific, media, biology, hyperbaric medicine, tourism, journalism, dive management, education and publishing.

This training has been incredibly fun for me. Learning new skills, and new applications for my diving capabilities is very fulfilling. Neha Acharya-Patel, 2019 NA OWUSS Rolex Scholar

If you are aged between 21 and 26 at the time of the application deadline (15 January 2020 for all regions) and you meet all the necessary criteria, you can apply.

Full details of how to apply for the 2020 OWUSS Rolex Scholarships can be found here.

The Scholarships are primarily funded by donations from Rolex Watch USA and Rolex-Geneva
