DAN announces USCG approval of its first aid courses

The current version of DAN’s first aid and CPR courses, Version 3.0, was determined to meet or exceed the first aid and CPR training requirements for a merchant mariner credential.

Developed by dive medicine physicians and diving educators, DAN’s courses provide divers with the skills and confidence needed to respond in emergencies. All courses meet current ILCOR and AHA guidelines and are applicable to everyday life as well as diving.

Jesper Bang optages i dansk undervandsrugbys Hall of Fame

Jesper har i mere end 40 år gjort et kæmpe arbejde inden for Dansk Sportsdykker Forbund – og i særdeleshed inden for dansk undervandsrugby.

Jesper var en af de drivende kræfter i dansk undervandsrugby allerede fra de første år med uv-rugby i Danmark i starten af 1970’erne, og han var med i både udvikling af den internationale Tommerup Cup samt elite-arbejdet på landsholdet.

Poseidon M28A dive computers are subject to this recall. They continuously calculate and provide the data that divers require. The Poseidon SE7EN Rebreather with the M28A can be used separately or together. This recall only applies to dive computers with serial numbers that begin with "M28A-". On the rear of the recalled dive computers are the serial number and two metallic wet-switches.
