The event featured world-leading speakers speaking on how applying human factors can improve diving safety, incident reporting and team performance.

The first-ever event of its kind, the conference provided a unique opportunity to share the knowledge and skills to make diving safer, more effective, and more enjoyable, by allowing divers and instructors to take more informed risks and reduce uncertainty.

The speakers highlighted how they have created positive change, sometimes when faced with significant challenges and how attendees could be inspired to create change in their own diving, diving operations or diving community.

Over the space of two days, 27 presenters from around the globe including Ashley Bugge, Professor Simon Mitchell and Diane Chadwick-Jones from bp held 30 presentations with more than 20 hours of content and now the recordings are available for you to purchase. The written proceedings for the conference will be available before 31 December 2021, acting as a formal record of the learning opportunities provided.
