Emperor Divers has announced the expansion of its popular “No Hidden Extras” pricing policy to include its Egypt dive centres, bringing the same transparent approach already established throughout its liveaboard fleet.

From the vibrant reefs of Sharm El Sheikh to the dugong and turtles of Marsa Alam, daily divers with Emperor will now also benefit from clear, upfront pricing.

The "No Hidden Extras" promise means all mandatory costs - including marine park fees, port fees, and fuel surcharges - are incorporated into the advertised price. 

As uncertainty over some flights continues to affect travel planning, Emperor Divers has announced a series of temporary booking measures designed to give divers added reassurance and flexibility when arranging liveaboard trips.

Over the last 5 years, 16 accidents have occurred involving liveaboard dive vessels operating in the Red Sea. Three liveaboard dive boats have been lost in the last 20 months that resulted in numerous deaths including some UK nationals. Today, Marine Accident Investigation Branch has published safety advice aimed at people considering a dive boat holiday in the Red Sea.

The MAIB is aware of 16 accidents that have occurred over the last 5 years involving liveaboard dive vessels operating in the Red Sea. It is deeply regrettable that a number of these accidents have resulted in the loss of life and our thoughts are with all those affected.
