The P1 model is larger but about 10 percent lighter than the S1 model, weighing 2.3 kg. The significant difference lies in the performance. The maximum depth has increased from 40 to 60 meters, and the running time has increased from 35 to 60 minutes for the base model, while the top speed has increased from 1.8 to 2.0 m/s. 

Similar to the previous model, two scooters can be linked to enhance performance on the surface. The scooter is designed for regular sport divers and freedivers and is not suitable for towing technical divers.

Many underwater scooters are quite bulky and heavy, as they have been designed for technical divers, photographers and others who need to get around large, deep wrecks or long penetrations into caves and mines.

But for divers with less demanding needs, something more nimble would do. To that end, the Lefeet S1 is a compact design weighing just 2.5 kg (depending on accessories) making it easy to carry, even on flights—the manufacturer states that the battery is “airline-approved.”
