New heated diving vest launched – manufactured in Poland for extreme underwater conditions

A new technological breakthrough for divers has been unveiled in the form of the Extreme Diving Heating Vest, a heated vest designed to offer maximum thermal comfort below the surface. Designed by smartTex and manufactured in Poland, the vest is tailored to be worn under a dry suit.

The product is made from a durable Tinsulate fabric on the outside, while the inside consists of soft fleece, which increases both comfort and insulation. The vest is equipped with integrated heating fibres that ensure even heat distribution throughout the body.

With an energy consumption of only 45 watts at 12V, the vest delivers a constant temperature of up to 45 degrees. It is also compatible with 14.8V systems (4S), which can be offered as an option. The power cable, which is 60 cm long, is available with both Santi and T-dean connectors.

The product is available in sizes from S to 4XL and can be adjusted with Velcro straps for a perfect fit. The vest is also equipped with two external pockets on the chest, measuring 10×16 cm – perfect for an internal battery or piezoelectric switch that can also be used to heat gloves and socks.

In addition to high heating efficiency, the vest has practical features such as a technical hole for the P-Valve and a special pocket for the power cable. The internal Smart-Tex battery provides up to two hours of constant heating.
