We are aware that in some rare cases the buckle tongue on the Suunto EON Core strap may be shorter than intended, which can allow the tongue to slip through the buckle when tightening the strap. This is not how the buckle is designed to function and does not meet the quality standards we expect from our products.
If you have faced issues with your Suunto EON Core strap, we recommend contacting Suunto Customer Support at support@suunto.com. The strap can be replaced under warranty.
We appreciate customers bringing this to our attention as it helps us ensure the reliability divers expect from Suunto equipment.
