Full-touchscreen smartphone housing rated to 60 metres

Divevolk has introduced the SeaTouch 6 Pro, the sixth generation of its underwater smartphone housing, designed to give divers access to a phone’s touchscreen rather than limiting operation to physical housing controls.

Divevolk SeaTouch 6 Pro

The Divevolk SeaTouch 6 Pro is a smartphone housing that allows direct operation of the phone's capacitive touchscreen underwater through a flexible membrane.

The housing uses the company’s flexible touchscreen membrane, which Divevolk says allows users to tap, swipe and operate native camera functions and third-party applications underwater with bare fingers. It is rated to 60m under the IPX8 standard and uses a button-free construction with a three-layer sealing system.

The SeaTouch 6 Pro accommodates smartphones measuring up to 180 × 82.5 × 11.2mm, with a maximum camera-bump thickness of 17mm. The empty housing weighs approximately 475g and measures 239 × 123 × 42mm. Divevolk states that its touchscreen is designed for 150,000 operations.

A removable red filter is included for colour correction between the surface and approximately 10m. The housing also has a modular mounting system for accessories such as lights, lenses, brackets and trays. Because cellular and GPS signals remain available at the surface, users can access navigation, location sharing and emergency calls without removing the phone.

The package includes a membrane cover, waterproof-test support block, lanyard, spare gasket, desiccant pad, cleaning cloth and quick-start guide, in addition to the red filter.

Divevolk states that shipping will begin on 15 October 2026.
