The Naxos mask is designed with innovative internal ribbing that reduces fogging and it adapts comfortably to a wide range of facial structures for a secure and ergonomic seal.

Unlike conventional dive masks, the Naxos incorporates an advanced anti-fog system inspired by the design of the Quantum mask. By regulating the warm, moist air exhaled through the nose, the mask prevents condensation on the lenses. A network of internal membranes channels airflow away from the glass, directing it towards the mask’s rubber frame instead. On the exterior, two small heat exchangers function like radiators, helping to cool the air inside and match the outside temperature. This process effectively reduces fogging, ensuring clear underwater vision without the need for chemical treatments.

As with any new dive mask, it is essential to remove manufacturing residues from the lenses before first use. Cleaning with toothpaste, dishwashing liquid, or applying a flame to burn off surface impurities can help optimise clarity. Additionally, using saliva as a surfactant before each dive remains a simple yet effective method to maintain a fog-free experience.
