We challenged our engineers to raise the state-of-the-art quality of our mobile pro compressors to a new level. And they succeeded – perfectly. Their secret? An all-new design for the front housing. The iconic lines now conceal a completely new cooling air flow design, which boosts cooling by a remarkable 25 per cent and thus cuts the output temperature of the compressor block by 10 per cent. The advantage for divers is more air in the cylinder without repressurizing! The new design dramatically expands the range of high-temperature applications where the compressor systems can be used

When is a grill not a grill. When it’s fitted to a Bauer 320. Bauer recently challenged their engineers to improve Bauer’s powerful, portable 320 compressor. The team went back to basics and reviewed how they kept the compressor cool. (It’s important to keep things cool when pumping gas). The engineers soon realised that if they changed the grill design on the housing from something you could use for BBQing steak on, to angled blades, they could optimise the air flow into the block. This clever tweak boosted cooling by a remarkable 25%, thus cutting the output temperature of the compressor block by 10%. (These are not insignificant figures). As a result of this smart redesign this neat little compressor can now be used in areas where there are higher temperatures. The Bauer 320 comes in two models. The Mariner 320-B petrol and the Mariner 320-E three-phase.
